Islands of the arcipelago of Maddalena

In the part of the sea between Sardinia and Corsica known as Bocche di Bonifacio, there is a galaxy of islands and islets surrounded by a turquoise sea: one of the most evocative landscapes in the world which, due to its naturalistic value, is under special protection. The national park of the Maddalena archipelago extends over land and sea for over 20 thousand hectares. It embraces 180 kilometers of coasts, including over 60 islands, large and small, shaped by the wind and currents.
